The U.S.
Patented MG nonaggregated microparticulate Beta
1,3/1,6 glucan extracted from yeast cell wall, is subject to particle size
analysis to assure MG Beta Glucan produced in the NSC Laboratory is a true
microparticulate size, with superior immune potentiation characteristics.
The test results below, by nationally recognized Particle Sizing Systems,
Inc., prove conclusively the MG Beta Glucan tested was a mean average 1.04
microns in size and a median 0.98 microns per particle. While any grinding
procedure will produce some small micron particles, uniformity of particles is
critical as measured by mean and median particle sizes. Statements that a
product is "micronized" are just marketing words until confirmed by independent
laboratory analysis from a laboratory recognized for professional methodology.
MG Beta Glucan is manufactured by a
U.S. Patented process unique in
producing a microparticulate nonaggregated Beta Glucan extracted from yeast cell
wall. A peer-reviewed scientific publication, "Letters in Applied Microbiology",
has published the results of this process in the October 2002 issue, authored by
K. W. Hunter, Jr., ScD; R. A. Gault PhD and M. D. Berner, concluding MG Glucan
processed in accord with publication criteria has, "superior
immune potentiation characteristics."
