Weekly Featured Recipe
Low-Carb Brownies
Yields: 8 brownies (Keto-friendly, Gluten-free, Sugar-free)
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 c. Swerve sweetener
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. almond flour
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients except nuts in small mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until blended well. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan. Top with chopped nuts. Bake for 25 minutes.
